Mogi das Cruzes opens 300 job vacancies for young people during Employment Week
Mogi das Cruzes is hosting Employment Week, offering over 300 job opportunities for young individuals seeking their first job.
Mogi das Cruzes is initiating its Employment Week from Monday, September 23, aimed at providing over 300 job vacancies for young people looking to enter the workforce. The available positions include roles in telemarketing, production assistance, and as apprentices. This initiative is geared towards individuals seeking their first employment experience, highlighting the municipality's commitment to youth employment and economic development.
The Employment Week will run until Friday, September 27, across various neighborhoods including Centro, Vila Mogilar, Jundiapeba, and Jardim Aeroporto III. This year’s activities are free of charge and are a collaborative effort between the Mogi das Cruzes City Hall, the Municipal Chamber, and the Business Development Agency (Agfe). Besides job vacancies, the event will offer guidance and quick courses about the job market to better prepare participants for employment.
A notable addition to this year's event is the involvement of technical schools and universities, which will host special events at the Etec Presidente Vargas and the Centro Universitário Braz Cubas. This engagement aims to enhance access to educational resources and training opportunities for the local youth, fostering a stronger connection between education and employment. The program is designed to facilitate participation from residents across different neighborhoods, ensuring that opportunities for job seekers are widely accessible.
