This report brought to light extensive financial misappropriations exceeding 3811 billion Ariary, necessitating a thorough evaluation of government institutions. The Court of Accounts presented its annual report for 2025 at the Supreme Court in the capital, Antananarivo, outlining several irregularities in the management of public projects across 15 ministries and government bodies.
