Referendum, polling stations open: voting on justice reform. First turnout data at noon

In Italy, citizens have begun voting today in a constitutional referendum regarding the reform of the justice system. The polls opened at 7 AM and will remain open until 11 PM today, with a second day of voting scheduled for March 23, when the polls will open at 7 AM and close at 3 PM.
