On Saturday morning around 10 AM, a drunken man in Panevėžys's Laisvės Square caused significant chaos at a local café. Reportedly exhibiting aggressive behavior, he kicked the outdoor doors, uprooted flowers from a nearby planter and threw them through a window, which shattered upon impact. Additionally, he destroyed lamps that were hanging on the café's walls, amplifying the level of disorder and presenting a public nuisance in the area.

Authorities were informed about the incident, and police responded quickly to the scene. The man, whose blood alcohol level was measured at 2.32 promille, was arrested shortly afterward. Witness accounts describe him shouting obscenities and frightening the café staff, creating a distressing atmosphere for both employees and patrons during the incident.
