Vandal in Panevėžys center ransacked a café: kicked doors, smashed window, broke lamps

A drunken man vandalized a café in Panevėžys, damaging doors and windows, and terrorizing staff.

Additionally, he destroyed lamps that were hanging on the café's walls, amplifying the level of disorder and presenting a public nuisance in the area.

Authorities were informed about the incident, and police responded quickly to the scene. The man, whose blood alcohol level was measured at 2.32 promille, was arrested shortly afterward. Witness accounts describe him shouting obscenities and frightening the café staff, creating a distressing atmosphere for both employees and patrons during the incident.
