The South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) has issued a notification for the recruitment of apprentices, offering a total of 1600 positions across two categories: graduate and technician apprentices. The application process for these roles has already commenced and will remain open until March 31, 2026. This initiative aims to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including those with diploma and ITI qualifications following their 10th or 12th grade examinations.

Of the total positions available, 500 are designated for graduate apprentices and 1100 for technician apprentices. Candidates interested in applying must meet specific educational qualifications that vary according to the position. For the graduate apprentice roles, applicants need to possess a four-year degree in a related field such as B.E/B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, or BCA from a recognized institute. On the other hand, those applying for technician apprentice positions must have a three-year diploma in the relevant engineering branch.
