A tragic incident took place on Friday night in a rural area of Corrientes, Argentina, where a 75-year-old agricultural producer was brutally murdered by thieves. During the assault, the robbers stole the victim's truck, cash, and both his and his wife's cell phones. Unfortunately, the crime occurred in a remote area 80 kilometers away from the nearest urban center, leaving the victim's wife unable to report the incident immediately. Local authorities were only able to respond to the situation on Saturday following a delayed notification.

The couple was on their way to the producer's agricultural establishment when they were ambushed by at least three assailants who stopped their vehicle.
