Tyshchenko recounted his grueling experience of defending a crucial road to Bakhmut for 471 days, during which he faced relentless bombings, shortages of air and food, and extreme thirst. The political landscape shifted significantly during his deployment, highlighting the ongoing international pressure on Ukraine. Tyshchenko detailed how he, along with a dwindling team, persevered through a series of challenges from underground, including building a water shaft while fending off drone attacks aimed at their bunker.
