Amélia Rodrigues, located 30 km from Feira de Santana, has revealed the schedule for its much-anticipated Inhatá Folia festival, set to take place on April 4 and 5, 2026. The event showcases a dynamic range of musical performances and is themed 'Confete, paz e harmonia', emphasizing joy and unity. The festival will include performances from various regional artists along with a traditional 'trio elétrico', a prominent feature of Brazilian carnival celebrations.
On the first day, the festivities kick off with a charanga parade, which will traverse the town square, officially launching the celebration. A lineup of performances includes local star Bruno Aipery, followed by Samba do Lu, and culminating with a performance by Filhos de Jorge at midnight.
