VIDEO: Truck overturns on BR-262 and beer load is spread across the road in MS
A truck accident involving a load of beer drew attention on BR-262 in Brazil, with no injuries reported.
On the afternoon of Thursday, the 19th, a truck carrying beer overturned on the BR-262 highway in Água Clara, Brazil, capturing the interest of passing motorists. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported from the incident. The accident occurred at kilometer 65 of the highway due to the driver losing control of the vehicle, which resulted in the second trailer of the truck toppling over.
Images taken at the scene show the beer cargo scattered across the highway, which obstructed part of the roadway and drew attention from onlookers. Before the arrival of the Federal Highway Police (PRF), some individuals in the area took advantage of the situation and started taking the spilled beer. When the police arrived, the driver was out of the vehicle and did not show any signs of injury, indicating that the overturning did not result in serious harm.
The PRF secured the accident site and escorted the truck and remaining cargo, with assistance from the insurance company responsible for the vehicle. The specific causes of the accident have not yet been disclosed, leaving questions about factors that may have contributed to the driver's loss of control.
