A 38-year-old man was arrested in São Roque, São Paulo, for allegedly keeping around 60 dogs in unacceptable living conditions. The police discovered the dogs being kept on a rural property in the Mailasqui neighborhood, where they were found to be living in squalid conditions, lacking proper hygiene and well-being. The area was reported to have a strong smell of feces and urine, overflowing with garbage and poorly ventilated.
