Bandidos' president in Denmark sentenced for continuing the club
Ten high-ranking members of the banned Bandidos MC Denmark have been sentenced to six months in prison for illegally continuing the club's operations by holding monthly meetings.
Ten men, including Pelle Lindberg, the president of Bandidos MC Denmark, were sentenced to six months in unconditional prison for illegally continuing the activities of the now-banned gang by holding regular monthly meetings. This ruling was made on a Friday in the Glostrup court. Prosecutor Tobias Baadsgaard-AlrΓΈ emphasized that the court found these meetings to be systematic and part of an organized effort to maintain the operations of the Bandidos MC despite the club being prohibited.
The sentenced individuals held meetings earlier in 2025 to discuss the club's operations, which took place at private venues in IshΓΈj and Horsens despite the organization being under a temporary ban. These meetings occurred in January, February, March, and April, directly violating the law against the group. The court's decision takes into account the consistency and the organized manner in which these meetings were held, indicating a clear disregard for the prohibition imposed on the club.
Furthermore, the convicted individuals were also found to have attempted to further breach the law by planning another meeting on May 6. This highlights ongoing issues surrounding the Bandidos and their determination to operate despite legal challenges. The case signals a crackdown on such criminal organizations in Denmark, aiming to disrupt their illegal activities and deter others from similar conduct.
