The Federal Revenue Service of Brazil has released the 2026 Income Tax Declaration Generator Program (PGD), allowing taxpayers to download it on their computers and start sending their declarations from May 23, 2026. The declaration period will commence at 8 AM and close at 11:59 PM on May 29, 2026. This year, several significant updates have been introduced to the forms including new fields for reporting dependents, income from betting, declaration of property usufruct, as well as a section for credits to be received after loaning money. Notably, there is an added field for taxpayers to indicate their race or color and that of their dependents in the declaration.
