Israeli authorities have arrested a 26-year-old reservist named Raz Cohen for allegedly spying for Iran. The arrest was announced by both the Israeli Police and the Shin Bet security agency, stating that Cohen had been in contact with Iranian intelligence for several months, during which he was involved in various security operations that entailed leaking sensitive military information. This information included operational details of the Iron Dome system, the structure of its battery, ammunition handling procedures, and even visual documentation of operations, as well as personal data and communication channels of certain individuals.

The authorities highlighted that Cohen was aware of the nature of his communications with Iranian operatives, agreeing to provide them with information in exchange for payment. Following the investigation, the Israeli police filed an official indictment against him, marking this as a significant case of espionage that raises national security concerns. The Iron Dome, being a critical component of Israel's defense strategy, makes the leaked information even more sensitive and alarming.
