Following a series of medical appointments, Holma underwent surgery to have the growth removed, which was then sent for pathological analysis. The doctor warned him that he might have to wait up to two weeks for the results. Upon receiving the call from the doctor, Holma learned that he had been diagnosed with seborrheic keratosis, commonly known as a seborrheic wart or age spot. This benign skin tumor is quite common, particularly among individuals over the age of 75.
