The 'Forum LĪDERE 2026' is an annual event that celebrates women's empowerment and personal development, bringing together 3,700 women in Latvia on May 15. This year marks the ninth edition of the forum, which has become a significant source of inspiration for women across the country. The event will feature a vibrant atmosphere filled with surprises and insightful talks from 16 speakers, all aimed at motivating and equipping women with essential tools for their lives and careers.
The program of the forum is divided into three thematic sections that cover core areas of women's lives: professional development, relationships, and personal growth. The first part focuses on professional growth where notable figures such as Prime Minister Evika Siliņa will share experiences on maintaining values and integrity in high-responsibility and fast-paced work environments. They aim to address challenges women face in the professional sphere and empower attendees to navigate their career paths effectively.
Further discussions will include insights on protecting oneself and loved ones from various challenges, presented by Aigars Kaupe, the Chairman of the Latvian Council of Notaries. Additionally, Anastasija Oļeiņika, president of 'Printify' and 'Printful', will delve into the importance of perseverance in both personal and business endeavors, emphasizing the lessons learned through life's hurdles.
