A Hong Kong-flagged oil tanker is set to secretly deliver Russian diesel to Cuba amidst an American oil blockade.
A Hong Kong-flagged oil tanker, the Sea Horse, is preparing to deliver approximately 190,000 barrels of Russian diesel to Cuba, an island affected by an ongoing American oil blockade. The delivery is reportedly set to occur within days, and if successful, it will mark the first confirmed arrival of refined products to Cuba since early January. This shipment is significant because it comes at a time when Cuba has not received any oil imports since January 9, following the cessation of fuel deliveries from Mexico.
