The Hellenic Police have announced the arrest of two foreign nationals, aged 50 and 38, for the attempted murder of a 57-year-old man in the Patissia neighborhood of Athens. This violent incident took place on the night of November 10, 2025, when the assailants confronted the victim as he was leaving his office. Following a physical assault, they stole his mobile phone and then shot him seven times, causing serious injuries to his legs.

In their investigation, law enforcement uncovered significant evidence linking the suspects to the crime. During police searches conducted at the homes and a shop owned by one of the arrested men, authorities seized 53 grams of cannabis and a large number of plastic packaging materials.
