Correct answers considered wrong. Scandal in the driving test
A major scandal has emerged in Poland regarding driving tests where updated legal regulations were not incorporated, leading to incorrect assessment of test-takers' answers across the nation.
A significant issue has arisen in Poland concerning the national driving tests, as reported by Wojciech Babicz, the director of the Provincial Road Traffic Centre in BiaΕa Podlaska. The root of the problem lies in the examination questions not reflecting recent amendments to traffic laws that were introduced on March 3rd. The updated law allows the police to revoke driving licenses for speeding over 50 kilometers an hour in both urban and rural areas. However, the official tests still utilized the outdated regulations, which has led to numerous discrepancies in how candidates are evaluated.
