The fire was discovered by a 53-year-old woman who was on her way to work at around 5:30 AM. Reports indicate that the building, which is currently undergoing renovations, was the scene of a rapid response by the fire department, preventing further damage.

Investigation details reveal that there were indications of arson at the scene of the fire. Additionally, authorities learned that there was a previous attempted arson at the same location on March 10, which had not been reported.
