For the fourth consecutive year, the pharmaceutical companies UNI-PHARMA and InterMed have been recognized as Top Employers 2026 in Greece by the Top Employers Institute, an independent international organization that recognizes and certifies companies for their best practices in human resource management. This certification is significant as it highlights the commitment of these companies to providing a high-quality working environment for their employees.

Notably, UNI-PHARMA and InterMed are the only Greek pharmaceutical companies to have achieved this certification to date, which is awarded after an extensive and rigorous evaluation process of HR practices and policies. The Top Employers 2026 certification was presented during a special ceremony held in Berlin on March 5, alongside businesses from around the world that have demonstrated excellence in fostering a progressive work environment.
