Meanwhile, the Consumer Rights Protection Centre ensures the enforcement of consumer rights, while the State Revenue Service oversees tax compliance and fuel circulation. This multi-faceted approach aims to sustain a robust and fair fuel market.

Economics Minister Viktors Valainis has indicated that the Ministry also analyzes market trends and, if necessary, can propose policy changes in this sector.
