Conductor Jakub Hrůša was recently honored at a ceremony in Bamberg where he received the International Artist of the Year award, often referred to as the 'Oscar of classical music'. This prestigious award is given by the International Classical Music Awards (ICMA), whose jury consists of editors from leading music magazines and representatives from major cultural institutions.
