Datoz launches intelligent consultant

Datoz has introduced Datoz AI, the first AI-driven consultant specializing in the Mexican industrial market, providing precise real estate data from over a decade of structured information.

Datoz, a real estate intelligence platform led by Pablo Quezada, has launched Datoz AI, which aims to revolutionize how stakeholders in the Mexican industrial market access and utilize real estate data. The tool allows brokers, developers, and banks to interact with a database containing over ten years of structured information across 24 national markets using natural language. Unlike generic systems that may provide inaccurate responses, Datoz AI offers reliable data sourced from a vast inventory that monitors more than 105 million square meters of rentable space since 2014.

The introduction of Datoz AI significantly streamlines critical processes traditionally requiring extensive time—such as comparing markets or reviewing vacancy rates—reducing them from days to mere seconds. This efficiency proves invaluable for financial institutions, as it enables immediate evaluation of complete rental cycles with precision. Additionally, developers benefit from data that clarifies whether the current market dynamics are favoring landlords or tenants.

This innovation positions Datoz AI as a critical tool in the Mexican real estate sector, enhancing decision-making processes for various stakeholders. By integrating AI and extensive historical data, it not only improves operational efficiency but also equips users with actionable insights that could influence investment strategies and market approaches, reflecting a broader trend towards the digitization and modernization of real estate practices in Mexico.
