The social work conference titled 'Motivation in Social Work: Between Hope and Resistance' will be inaugurated by Latvia's Minister of Welfare Reinis Uzulnieks. Ieva Antonsone, the manager of the crisis center 'Burtnieks' under the 'Latvian Red Cross', will provide personal insights into her professional motivation. Agnese Umule and Eva Stikāne will share their experiences on professional paths and challenges within social work, indicating a broad perspective on the obstacles and rewards in this important field.
