Fuel Cap: Gas Station Owners Prepare for Mobilizations

Gas station owners in Greece are preparing for mobilizations in response to the establishment of a price cap that they deem unviable for their operations.

The Federation of Gas Station Owners in Greece convened an extraordinary general assembly to address the implications of the newly imposed fuel price cap, as established by Ministerial Decision 1411/2026. The assembly consisted of 31 member associations who expressed unanimous concern over the sustainability of their operations under the new pricing conditions. The gas station owners are contemplating mobilizations as a form of protest against the price cap, which they believe negatively impacts their viability.
