The Czech star became a 50% owner of the company in 2021, which operated in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia. By 2023, Voracek began to suspect the management of the project, feeling it was poorly run and expressing concerns about the company's operations.
Voracek accused the founder, Jiri Wohlmann, of transferring production to another company without authorization and laying off employees. This breach of trust led Voracek to label Wohlmann's actions as a personal betrayal and to express regrets about his decision-making.
