InPost becomes independent from Allegro
InPost has significantly increased its revenue and market share, expanding both organically and through acquisitions in the UK and Spain.
InPost, a leading logistics company in Poland, has reported a remarkable growth in revenue of 34% year-on-year, reaching 14.7 billion zlotys by 2025, largely attributed to the acquisition of Yodel in the UK and Sending in Spain. The company successfully handled 1.4 billion shipments, marking a 25% increase, while the overall market growth fluctuated between 1% and 9%. This strategic growth has improved InPost's market share by 2 percentage points to approximately 13%, reflecting its strengthened position in the logistics sector.
In terms of financial performance, InPost's adjusted EBITDA rose to 4.1 billion zlotys, showing a 12% improvement. The company reported investment expenditures reaching 1.8 billion zlotys, which is 31% higher than the previous year. A significant portion, nearly 70%, of these investments was allocated to expanding its network of parcel lockers across Europe. The remaining funds were directed towards IT projects and the development of artificial intelligence-based technologies, underscoring the company's commitment to innovation and efficiency in an increasingly competitive market.
Additionally, InPost has observed impressive growth in its UK operations, with a remarkable 240% increase in the number of shipments in Q4 2025, resulting in over 130% revenue growth in that region. Performance in the Eurozone also showed positive trends, with revenue growth of 21.6% in the fourth quarter, while in Poland, the growth rate was around 12%. This expansion not only highlights InPost's successful independence from Allegro but also marks its evolving role as a key player in the European logistics market, suggesting a robust future ahead for the company.
