Property management fees paid by housing companies have risen rapidly in recent years, according to the Finnish Real Estate Federation.
The Finnish Real Estate Federation reports a significant increase in property management fees, with the median monthly fee rising by around 10% since 2023. In contrast, the consumer price index has only risen by 3.8% during this period, indicating that property management fees are outpacing general inflation in Finland. Additionally, administrative fees other than the standard monthly fee have also seen an increase of over 10%.
