A recent incident at the Tulsa SPCA in Oklahoma has drawn significant attention after a distressing video surfaced showing a person abandoning nine dogs, including two adults and seven puppies, at the shelter's doorstep. The video shows the individual exiting their vehicle and dumping the dogs, only to drive away while the animals, in a state of panic, chased after the car. Renee Russell, the operational manager at the shelter, described the scene as heartbreaking, particularly noting the moment when the dogs attempted to follow their owner. Fortunately, the shelter staff acted swiftly to bring all nine dogs inside safely. The adult dogs have been named Doug and Darcy, while the seven puppies are estimated to be around ten weeks old. Their behavior, according to Russell, suggests that they had previously received good care, as they exhibit sociable nature despite the traumatic event.
