Search and seizure warrant against crime of stalking a woman executed in Sergipe

Authorities reported that the suspect was sending frequent messages through a messaging app with the intention of initiating a romantic relationship with the woman, despite her lack of consent.

The investigation intensified after the woman communicated the situation to her husband. When he confronted the suspect about the incessant messaging, he was allegedly threatened with a firearm. Following this alarming turn of events, the Civil Police sought judicial warrants to ensure the safety of the individuals involved in the case. During the search operations, the gun mentioned was not located; however, the police did seize several cell phones which will be examined as part of the investigation.
