Pomerania: one of the last such investment areas
There are increasingly fewer large and attractive investment areas in Poland, prompting proposals for development in the Pomeranian region.
In Poland, the availability of large and attractive investment areas is dwindling, which has led to a demand for viable options. This article highlights investment opportunities in Pomerania, particularly around the cities of Słupsk and Koszalin. These areas offer large, consolidated plots with existing local plans and access to essential utilities such as electricity and gas, making them attractive for potential investors.
The featured investment complex in Redzikowo, strategically located near the newly constructed S6 route, encompasses over 80 hectares that are well-prepared for development, along with an additional 180 hectares where planning will be completed by August. Furthermore, approximately 100 hectares are available in Słupsk along Grunwaldzka Street, ready to welcome investors immediately. Additionally, the Karlino subzone offers nearly 100 hectares in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, making it the largest area available for investment in the region.
The focus on these regions highlights the limited availability of large investment plots in Poland, underscoring the importance of developing such areas to attract domestic and foreign investors. As the market for these plots becomes increasingly competitive, it is crucial for local authorities to promote and facilitate the development of these areas to ensure economic growth and job creation in the region.
