Sesc is providing over a thousand free spots for various activities in Montes Claros as part of the Sesc Movimenta event scheduled from March 26-28.

Sesc is launching its 8th edition of the Sesc Movimenta in Minas Gerais, with registrations now open for locals to join various activities aimed at wellness, education, and social engagement. The event, taking place from March 26 to March 28, offers around 280 activities across 22 Sesc units, catering to a diverse audience with various interests. In Montes Claros, specifically, there are 1,075 free spots available, highlighting the region's emphasis on promoting cultural, educational, and health-related initiatives.

Among the offerings in Montes Claros are engaging workshops and presentations, including an introductory guitar workshop where participants will learn to play a song in just three days. Additional activities such as yoga sessions led by instructor Maria Rodrigues aim to encourage mental well-being, emotional balance, and a better daily routine through relaxation techniques and exercises. This initiative reflects Sesc's commitment to community development through accessible cultural and recreational opportunities.
