The company's growth was mainly propelled by its export activities, which accounted for 55% of total revenue. This strong performance reflects the company's strategic focus on expanding its international presence in the soap and personal care markets.

The revenue breakdown from the company's four business sectors for 2025 shows significant contributions: 32% came from sales of branded products in Greece and abroad, 13% from the hotel market, 42% from third-party production, and the remaining 13% from industrial sales of specialty soap bases. This diversification highlights Papoutsanis' robust business model and its ability to capitalize on various market opportunities.

Net profits after taxes amounted to €6.2 million, up from €5.3 million in 2024 - an improvement of 18%. This increase in net profits was also aided by tax exemptions provided under law 4399/2016 following the completion of investment programs. The gross profit for 2025 was reported at €29.4 million, a rise from €24.7 million in 2024, marking a significant 19% improvement driven by the substantial growth in revenue and the completion of strategic initiatives.
