Kawasaki Z1100 sports motorcycle arrives in Brazil with two versions
Kawasaki has officially launched its new Z1100 motorcycle in Brazil, available in Standard and Special Edition versions, marking a significant technological advancement in the 'super naked' segment.
Kawasaki has officially introduced its latest 'super naked' motorcycle, the Z1100, to the Brazilian market this month, available in two distinct variants: Standard and Special Edition (SE). This launch signals a major upgrade in technology and electronic assistance features, as it fills the gap left by its predecessor, the Z1000, which had not seen updates for a decade. The new Z1100 is set to invigorate Kawasaki’s presence in a highly competitive motorcycle segment where it will face off against rivals like the Honda CB1000R, Suzuki GSX-S1000, and BMW F 900 R.
The entry-level Z1100 is priced at a competitive R$ 74,990 and is exclusively offered in black, while the high-end SE version is priced at R$ 84,990, available in grey with signature green highlights. Both versions adhere to Kawasaki's 'Sugomi' design philosophy, which embodies a more aggressive aesthetic that has defined the brand's motorcycles since its introduction in 2014. This blend of performance and design aims to attract new riders and rejuvenate interest among seasoned enthusiasts in Brazil.
Kawasaki's strategic move to release the Z1100 comes at a time when the preferences of motorcycle consumers are rapidly evolving. With increasing expectations for technological advancements and performance enhancements, the Z1100's improved features and aggressive styling are likely to resonate with the Brazilian market. This launch indicates Kawasaki's commitment to remain relevant and competitive in the ever-evolving motorcycle landscape, as it looks to regain market share in Brazil after a prolonged hiatus of the Z1000. The reception of the Z1100 will be crucial for Kawasaki as it seeks to carve out its niche in this dynamic market.
