This initiative includes the distribution of food, potable water, and medical brigades to assist those most affected. As thousands of families have been isolated and in urgent need of basic resources, they gathered outside the local government offices seeking assistance.

Upon her arrival, Valbonesi highlighted the importance of direct government presence in assessing the damage caused by the floods. She described their efforts as a 'work of ants', emphasizing that understanding the exact needs of the population requires being on-site.
