Son of victim of femicide in Uberlândia found 24 hours after being taken by father

The 6-year-old son of a femicide victim in Uberlândia, Brazil, was found safe a day after he was taken by his father, the prime suspect in the case.

In Uberlândia, Brazil, a tragic incident unfolded when Ranielly Raissa Aparecida Silva, aged 32, was murdered in a stabbing attack at the Maravilha neighborhood. Her son, aged just 6, was abducted by his father, Marcelo Rodrigues, who is the main suspect in the crime and remains at large. The police reported that the boy was safely located approximately 24 hours after being taken and has since been placed under the care of the Guardian Council for appropriate measures.
