The mother of a young girl, who was reportedly harassed by a police delegate at Bessa beach in João Pessoa, Brazil, spoke to TV Cabo Branco about the alarming incident. The events took place on Sunday, and following the reports, the delegate, whose name remains undisclosed, has been removed from his duties. The child's mother explained that initially, the girl did not comprehend the situation fully; however, witnesses approached her to inform her that the man was engaging in obscene acts in the water and calling her daughter over.

She described how he was alternately entering and exiting the sea, not only focusing on her daughter but also looking at other women. A firefighter, who was a customer at the beach, advised the mother to keep her daughter at a distance from the man, highlighting the seriousness of the situation. Following the mother's inquiries with her daughter about the man's actions, the child revealed that he had been touching himself and had previously given her R$ 20 as a tip, raising further concerns about inappropriate conduct.
