Authorities have confirmed that the deadline for the Military Police Investigation (IPM) regarding the case of Marcos Nörnberg, a farmer fatally shot by police officers in Pelotas, has been extended by two weeks. This extension is due to the scheduled reenactment of the incident, which is set to take place at the end of the month. The incident, which took place on January 15, has also prompted inquiries into possible crimes against the victim’s widow.
