The government of Amapá has launched seven educational announcements aimed at professional qualification, student preparation, and research incentives.
The government of Amapá recently announced the launch of seven calls focused on education, coordinated by the State Secretary of Education under the program 'Education that Transforms'. These initiatives cover various aspects of educational development including professional qualification, student preparation, and fostering research. Among the highlighted opportunities are the Science and Engineering Fair of Amapá (Feceap), a Textual Genres Competition, writer support for teachers, Scientific Initiation Spaces, and an increase in spots for vocational education, along with actions related to the National High School Exam (Enem).
Registration for these initiatives will take place from March 16 to 18, 2026, at designated centers during specific hours. The 14th edition of Feceap aims to promote scientific and technological projects from both public and private school students, inclusive of participants from other states and even countries. The registration period for this fair is slated from March 14 to March 28 of the same year, encouraging a broad participation base that reflects the government's commitment to enhancing educational prospects and research in the region.
This push towards educational improvement comes as part of a larger strategy to elevate the standards of education in Amapá and provide more opportunities for students. By engaging students in scientific endeavors and offering professional training, the government aims to foster a generation prepared to meet the challenges of the modern workforce, while also encouraging innovative thinking and research across the region.
