28 organizations commit to improving financial literacy among Latvian citizens

Twenty-eight organizations have signed a memorandum to enhance the financial literacy of Latvian citizens as part of a national strategy for 2021-2027.

The Bank of Latvia noted that to effectively implement the 'Financial Literacy Strategy for Latvian Citizens 2021-2027', cooperation partners have renewed and signed a collaboration memorandum. After assessing their previous collaboration, the partners agreed that they could improve the work of the National Financial Literacy Working Group by clarifying priority action areas, the structure of cooperation, and the range of partners involved. This memorandum outlines clearer responsibilities for each partner to achieve common goals, emphasizing the importance of accountability in addressing financial issues.
