On Saturday, eight individuals aged between 20 and 66 were injured following an accident involving a Samu ambulance and a passenger vehicle around 1 PM on Avenida Robert Kennedy in São Bernardo do Campo, Greater São Paulo. The police were called to the scene by the Secretaria da Segurança Pública (SSP), where they discovered the victims injured, including five from the ambulance and three from the car. Emergency medical services transported all injured parties to nearby hospitals for treatment.

Local authorities indicated that the ambulance was responding to another emergency when it was involved in the collision, highlighting the risks faced by emergency service vehicles while navigating traffic.
