Living in the Airport Nagar area, the woman filed a complaint with the police, stating that she has faced constant stalking and disturbances from the accused, who is a 32-year-old engineer named Vikas Kumar, residing in the same housing society.
The allegations indicate that Kumar has been persistently trying to invade the woman's personal life, having approached her under various pretenses for a lengthy period. Despite multiple attempts by the woman to communicate her discomfort and urge him to cease his behavior, the accused continued to pursue her, undeterred by her discontent.
Following the woman's formal complaint, the police have taken action by registering a case against Kumar and launching an investigation into the matter.
