Motorcyclist invades race route, runs over runner and is arrested in Fortaleza

A motorcyclist was arrested in Fortaleza after invading a race route and injuring a runner during the event.

The incident occurred in the Papicu neighborhood, where the suspect, a 23-year-old man, was reportedly speeding and disregarding police commands to stop before colliding with the runner.
