Ukrainian defense company Uforce has revealed its latest innovation, the Bucha kamikaze drone, which boasts an impressive strike range of approximately 200 km. The drone's unveiling took place at the Arsenal of Talents job fair in Kyiv, reflecting the country's ongoing commitment to enhancing its military capabilities amid heightened international tensions. This new UAV is designed mainly for tactical strikes and can be deployed efficiently in modern warfare scenarios.

The Bucha drone is notable for its advanced features, including the ability to be equipped with various communication channels, particularly leveraging Starlink technology. The innovative design allows for the drones to be launched in swarms, operating collectively via a mesh network. In a unique approach to traditional launch methods, the drones will not utilize a standard pneumatic catapult but instead will be launched using a propulsion charge from a compact rail system, improving mobility and operational flexibility.

With a warhead weight of 5.5 kg, the Bucha drone is intended to fill a crucial gap in Ukraine's defense arsenal, especially as the nation continues to face various military threats.
