The newly launched Human Organ Atlas is a groundbreaking online resource that provides users with the opportunity to explore intact human organs in stunning 3D detail, down to individual cells. This interactive atlas features a range of organs including the brain, heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, uterus, placenta, spleen, prostate, and testes. It represents a novel approach to studying human anatomy and diseases, making it available to a wide audience.

Developed using advanced synchrotron microscopy technology from the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF) in Grenoble, the atlas offers detailed insights into more than 50 organs sourced from 25 donors.
