The most precious legacy of the Olympics and Paralympics is solidarity: in Milan, the Charity Dinner supports six social projects

A charity dinner in Milan celebrated the legacy of the Winter Paralympics, focusing on solidarity and supporting six social integration projects.

As the Winter Paralympics approach their conclusion, they have showcased the extraordinary strength of athletes who have transformed their deepest scars into sources of courage and passion. In a bid to celebrate this remarkable spirit and maintain the enthusiasm felt in Milan, the Allianz UMANA MENTE Foundation and the Costruiamo il Futuro Foundation organized a charity dinner. The event's primary objective was to support six impactful social and sports integration projects, emphasizing the importance of solidarity stemming from the games.

The charity dinner was held on the 47th floor of the Allianz Tower in Milan, and it prominently backed the "Winter Sports Inclusion" initiative from the Allianz UMANA MENTE Foundation, aimed at promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities through winter sports. In addition to this project, five more non-profit initiatives were selected by a specially convened Honor Committee from the Costruiamo il Futuro Foundation, which reflects a diverse range of social challenges, highlighting the role of sports as a bridge for social integration.

The success of the event underscores the lasting impact of the Olympic and Paralympic spirit beyond the games themselves. By leveraging the excitement and inspiration generated by such events, foundations like Allianz UMANA MENTE and Costruiamo il Futuro are taking tangible steps to foster a more inclusive society. The charity dinner not only raises funds but also awareness of the ongoing need for solidarity and support for marginalized communities, showcasing the Olympics' capacity to drive positive social change.
