CAN'T EVEN MAKE IT TO THE FINAL? ⟩ Vanilla Ninja has fallen almost to last place in the Eurovision prediction table

After winning Eesti Laul, Vanilla Ninja's song for Eurovision has dramatically dropped in the prediction standings.

Following the Eesti Laul competition in mid-February, which revealed Vanilla Ninja as the representative for Estonia in the Eurovision Song Contest, the predictions for the band's prospects at Eurovision have fluctuated significantly. Initially given a favorable 13th place forecast in January, this ranking dwindled to 17th just a month later, and, after their February win, they sank to 26th place, indicating a disappointing shift in expectations among analysts and fans alike.

A few days after the Eesti Laul finale, Estonia's predicted position plummeted to 30th place in betting odds. Just two weeks post the Eesti Laul event, Estonia has now found itself positioned at 33rd, making it the third from the bottom in the Eurovision prediction table. This decline illustrates a concerning trend for Vanilla Ninja and raises questions regarding their competitive viability in the upcoming contest in Vienna, where the Eurovision Song Contest will take place in May.

Despite the positive reception the band received during the Viña del Mar music festival in Chile, where they secured a third-place finish, the Eurovision prediction landscape remains unkind. The dramatic drop in predictions could affect public perception and the band's preparations moving forward, highlighting the unpredictable nature of fan and expert opinions in competitive music showcases like Eurovision.
