Iran's Major Threat... We Will Turn US-Linked Oil Depots into 'Piles of Ash'

Iran has threatened to turn US-linked oil facilities into ash piles if attacked, amid ongoing conflict with the US and Israel over 14 days.

The ongoing conflict between Iran and the US-Israel alliance has escalated into a direct threat to oil facilities, as Iran warns that any attack on its oil sites will result in retaliation against US-linked oil facilities. This warning comes amidst a crucial period in which the US has also threatened to completely destroy Iran's largest oil export center, Kharg Island, if maritime traffic in the Strait of Hormuz is impeded. The war has significantly impacted the global oil market, with crude oil prices soaring over 40%.

The conflict, which began on February 28 with US and Israeli strikes on Iran, has claimed major targets, including the death of Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on the first day. Since then, the US and Israel have conducted over 15,000 strikes on Iranian targets, with Israel alone responsible for around 7,600 attacks that primarily focus on Iran's missile programs. This military aggression has not only intensified hostilities, but it has also raised serious concerns about the broader implications for regional stability.

Iran's health ministry has reported significant casualties from these strikes, with the number of fatalities and injuries continuing to rise amid the ongoing bombardment. The increase in attacks and threats has stirred worries in the global community, as it poses risks not just to Iran but also to international shipping and oil supplies, making this a matter of urgent attention for world leaders and the energy market alike.
