Despite facing a challenging season, Turk dismissed criticisms directed at the club's management, stating that current results do not define the success of Dukla. He emphasized that the focus should be on building a strong team for the future rather than succumbing to pressures from immediate expectations.

Turk particularly addressed the backlash surrounding Hašek's appointment, expressing bewilderment at the undue negativity directed at the former representative player. According to Turk, much of the criticism stems from superficial judgments and misconceptions often propagated through social media. He reiterated that such feedback lacks a factual basis and does not reflect a comprehensive understanding of the club's current challenges and objectives.

Acknowledging the criticism, Turk also admitted that the acquisitions of players Pekhart and Hanousek were partly misguided decisions, showing a level of accountability in the club's strategy. However, he remains firm in his belief that a fundamental change is essential for the team's long-term success, emphasizing that the priority should be on constructing a new, competitive team rather than solely focusing on immediate successes or avoiding relegation.
