Specific skills in high demand include areas such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, digital marketing, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and design and creative skills. Reports suggest that companies, especially in the technology and startup sectors, are looking for hands-on skills and project experience as critical factors in their hiring decisions, signifying a broader transformation in what qualifications matter most in the labor market.
